Volunteers will be picked up by PDS organization at their arrival at Zanzibar’s airport.
If the participants buy a flight from their home country to Dar Es Salaam’s airport (Tanzania
mainland), please note that they will need to reach Zanzibar on their own (by boat/ferry
or by plane). In this case, PDS members will pick them up and drop them off at Zanzibar’s
seaport or airport.
If the volunteers go to Pemba Island, the price of the ferry’s or flight’s ticket will also be
at their cost but we will still drop them off and pick them up at the seaport or airport of
Zanzibar.
